The 24-hour emergency-operator service controls the work fulfillment term, takes a decision of carrying out the works in the days off when a company project work coordinator, personnel of the Maintenance Department and repair teams being on duty.
The Company has organized 24-hour transport service (including the possibility to use it in the days off) to deliver the specialists and the required equipment to the telecommunication network objects in order to provide emergency-repair works.
The repair works to eliminate the communication object damages should be carried out within one working day from the work beginning.
An operator-on-duty of the emergency-operator service within 24 hours including the days off can take by phone the customer requests about failures and damages on the line objects and equipment of telecommunication networks.
After receiving the request about the failure or damage the operator-on-duty immediately pass all this information to a company project work coordinator.
The company project work coordinator, depending on the information obtained from the operator-on-duty, organizes the fulfillment of the emergency-repair works to eliminate the failure or damage and can require all the necessary specialists on duty to go to the supposed failure or damage allocation in order to reveal the cause and to make repairs.
When the fiber optical line failure or damage allocation is defined the company project work coordinator together with the representatives of the Customer and the representative of the organization that happened to be a direct or indirect guilty party of this failure or damage draws a Report of infringement of the Rules of communication lines and objects preservation noting the character, causes and the guilty party of this failure or damage, or the other proper Documents.
After completing the emergency-repair works or some works of the damage elimination the company project work coordinator together with the representatives of the Customer draw the Work Completing Report.
